Who we are

Neira Learning (exam.neirasystems.com) is a certification practice site run by Neira Systems. Questions about this policy or your data: inquiry@neirasystems.com.

What we collect

• From your Google account, when you sign in: your name, profile photo address, Google account ID and, if Google has verified it, your email address. We never see your Google password, and we do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
• What you add: an optional phone number on your profile.
• Exam Batch: the waiting lists you join and when you joined.
• Exam access: when full access is offered, which exams you have access to, until when, and how it was granted (for example a voucher code you redeemed).
• A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. It is required for signing in; there are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your practice answers stay in your browser tab and are not sent to us.

How we use it

• To sign you in and show your profile.
• To unlock the questions your account may see (the free preview, or full access).
• To run Exam Batch waiting lists and contact you about a batch you joined.
• To contact you about your account, if you added a phone number.
• To keep the site secure and to record administrative changes (see "How long we keep it").

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with other organisations except the service providers below.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the data listed above. Like any web host it records technical request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
• Google provides the sign-in, and serves the fonts the site uses (your browser requests them from Google).
• Neira Systems staff who manage Exam Batch can see the names and email addresses on a waiting list. Other learners never see them; public pages show only counts.

How long we keep it

• Your profile, waiting lists and exam access: until you delete them, or until we close the service.
• Sign-in cookie: up to 7 days, or until you sign out.
• Records of administrative actions (for example "a voucher was created", "access was granted"): 24 months, then deleted. They do not contain your name or email; when you delete your profile data, your Google account ID is removed from them too.

Your choices

• Delete your data: on your profile page, "Delete my profile data" removes your profile, your waiting-list entries and your exam access, and signs you out. Signing in again starts a new, empty profile.
• Correct or remove your phone number on your profile page at any time.
• Remove Neira Learning's access to your Google account in your Google Account settings, under third-party connections.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date below before the change takes effect.
